As COO of ALS Paris, I structured and managed the strategic operations of a key player in high-level personality mobility: official delegations, heads of state, international celebrities, general management, and government partners. I implemented an agile and reliable organization, capable of responding to critical requirements with reactivity, confidentiality, and excellence.

Under my leadership, ALS Paris won and executed several major diplomatic missions, including:

– managing the transportation for the U.S. Embassy in Paris (3-year contract),

– hosting official delegations from the States of Florida and Mississippi,

– coordinating logistics for official visits for the government of Abu Dhabi,

– fully managing the transportation for the First Lady of Ecuador during a protocol visit to Paris.

I led the implementation of a 24/7 operational unit for major international events (COP29, Paris Air Show, Paris Fashion Week, Olympic Games…), supervised fleets of up to 170 vehicles, strengthened strategic partnerships (Top Alliance, Chabé UK, Savoya), and ensured smooth execution in all circumstances.

I also led the company's digital transformation by integrating the Waynium ERP, a personalized client portal for 5-star hotels, and real-time monitoring tools. All internal processes were industrialized, from reporting to tailor-made booking forms, to ensure zero friction for the client.

Result: a qualitative and strategic leap that elevated ALS Paris to the highest level of its sector, while securing its position in the sensitive and confidential markets of diplomatic and institutional mobility.

I assist large companies, luxury hotels, and institutions in structuring their VIP transportation needs. I intervene in formalizing requests, implementing tools (ERP, CRM, portals), and creating fluid processes between clients and service providers. My approach combines operational agility, service excellence, and rigorous execution.
