I have been practicing interim management for 20 years, I have led assignments in SMEs, groups but also small companies of less than 50 people.

My way of working is to interpret the income statement of companies in order to highlight the weaknesses of the various processes and to propose action plans to allow the company to access its turnaround and therefore to have a positive EBITDA.

The proposed actions may lead to the implementation of a restructuring (PSE), its monitoring and management.

I have an overall experience of 44 years acquired in the automotive, aerospace and defense industries.

From a technical point of view, my engineering training allows me to intervene in equipment manufacturer type companies combining knowledge of mechanics, plastics processing, cutting and stamping as well as assembly.
