Alain Cauchois

After 18 months at BOUYGUES in Lille as a Sales Engineer, I joined MANPOWER intérim for 10 years where I held positions as head of profit center in several geographical areas. I developed the business, managed and trained teams, and implemented ISO 9002 certification. I created a recruitment and training organization in Amiens and then took over a SME. As a manager for 12 years, I turned around and developed a printing company. Currently, I am a consultant in corporate mediation, shared HR Director, ennéagramme training, MBTI training, recruitment, GPEC, training, coaching, skills assessment within Synchronicité.
