RUN:

Provide Level 2 & 3 application support to operators & users

- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve Level 2 & 3 incidents

- Escalate to TMA (Third-Party Maintenance) and track tickets until closure

- Ensure applications are maintained in operational condition

- Prepare, execute & validate application deployments on various environments

- Guarantee service compliance with SLAs and guaranteed times

- Develop application probes

- Enrich operational repositories

- Participate in the automation & improvement of activities (DevOps Pipeline)

- Produce indicators, analyses, and activity reports

Build:

- Participate in the implementation of application projects in line with evolutions requested by internal and external partners

- Produce and update DAT, DEX, FEX documentation...

As an N3++ Apache expert, I was involved in the architecture and implementation of reverse proxy solutions (HTTPS/HTTP) for multi-service platforms. My specialty covered the complex resolution of WebSocket call redirections, ensuring fluid and reliable communications.
