Founder of AK'C, a Qualiopi-certified training organization, I support companies, local authorities, associations, and self-employed individuals in their training, communication, and skills development projects.

With over 10 years of experience, I worked as a trainer, business relations manager, and continuous improvement manager at École de la Deuxième Chance. There, I supported thousands of people, developed partnerships with companies, and designed training courses that met field needs.

Today, with my team, we help companies, entrepreneurs, and content creators develop their communication through training in video editing, social media content creation, short videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts), personal branding, and mastering tools like CapCut. Our goal is to empower our clients to create professional content independently.

We also provide training in professional development, career coaching, professional coaching, leadership, management, public speaking, trainer training, facilitation, team cohesion, team building, conferences, and corporate seminars.

I am also co-director and project lead for the documentary film "Avec les yeux," a human adventure that illustrates my conviction: success is based on commitment, transmission, and people.

We recently trained over 30 structure directors in Mayotte and supported numerous organizations. Companies like SNCF, France Travail, MAIF, Eiffage, and Decathlon have placed their trust in us.
