Delivered the following clientengagements through Capgemini.Allprojectwork performed on-site or embedded within the clientorganisation.

The Service department had multiple vendors with their own disparate reporting systems. A unified in-house solution was required to align with existing models, as Service partner compensation was based on this data.

My Role: Work with Service managers in 3 countries, create uniform requirements, map all sources, engineer and build the unified analytical model, and integrate with solutions used by other departments.

Outcome: Three Databricks models with an aggregate summary for the business app; single Power BI dashboard with detailed drill-through capability; data dictionary for governance and corporate wiki. Additional projects included end-user training programmes and GDPR Privacy Officer liaison duties for the analytical stream.

Role: Unify definitions across use cases, liaise with business and technical users, coordinate with master data manager, design front-end reports, test output, ensure MDM alignment, and onboard business users.
