-Management of project logistics and rolling stock, warehouse management

-Supervision of the storekeeper, fleet drivers, security agents, and cleaning agent.

-Responsible for implementing safety, security, and hygiene systems for workplaces.

-During emergencies, ensure pre-positioning of different kits in warehouses in coordination with field project managers

-Management of warehouse inventories for sub-offices and the regional office regarding pre-positioned equipment and repair of equipment

-Reporting and coordination of the project's logistics component.

-Initiate the purchasing process for project needs.

• - Regional purchasing manager for supply requests.

-Ensure that all requests are made and processed in accordance with MSH policy and specific funding requirements. This includes the purchase of products and services such as furniture, office supplies, office maintenance and equipment, courier and cleaning services, etc.

• - Research reliable sources, locate and contact suppliers, coordinate proposals/quotes with internal and external parties (launching tenders, establishing RFQs, etc.); -Analyze and establish the necessary documents for contract awarding (QUOTES, PO, VSF, BID, CHECKLIST, feedcheck update).

-Select the supplier that offers the best deal for the program according to market acquisition procedures.

• - Update supplier agreements and contact lists and coordinate with regular contractors for the renewal of their agreements. -Supervise the management of purchases and logistics, including the smooth running of the office, program equipment and work tools; the Central Operations team in various tasks.

-Work in collaboration with the Central HR, Central IT, Technical, Financial, Operations, and Compliance teams.

- Ensure compliance with financial and operational policies and procedures.

- Assist program staff with various rules and procedures, and ensure compliance with these rules.

- Ensure the security of all project assets at all times and propose/make relevant decisions.

-Budget verification, TOR for activity advances and staff missions.

- Perform various administrative tasks and verify staff leave records.

- Electronic and physical filing of various transactions.

- Perform daily cash transactions and ensure the compliance of accounting records, and ensure the validity and completeness of all transactions.

- Track various advances taken by staff.

- Verify/compile various reimbursements in collaboration with the District Coordinator.

- Prepare payment statements in coordination with other staff members.

- Prepare and make various payments to suppliers, contractors, partners, etc.

- Prepare supply and purchase requests at the district level in coordination with other concerned staff.

- Ensure the logistical organization of workshops at the intervention district level.

- Periodically conduct inventories.

- Manage supplies and equipment stocks while ensuring traceability of all receipts (GRN) and issues.

- Organize daily vehicle planning and ensure that all onboard documents are up-to-date and used according to established procedures.

- Ensure, monitor, and verify the various logs for motorcycles and cars and ensure the continuous good condition of the fleet.

- Research reliable sources, locate and contact suppliers, submit proposals and/or to various stakeholders.

- Update supplier agreements and district contacts.
