I implement Management Systems from the office, with periodic client visits, I carry out internal audits, I accompany external ones, I draft the necessary procedures, as well as manuals and instructions. I propose improvements in organizations' processes, indicator management, etc. I develop Business Continuity Plans based on ISO 22301.
