Mission on the FACE project, a national network of local associations and foundations, aiming to improve the management of their activities. The objective was to deploy and configure the Salesforce CRM to centralize information, facilitate the monitoring of commercial activities, and optimize some internal processes within the association.

Mission on a project to deploy the preventive maintenance management module for an entity within the group.

This project also includes the implementation of contract management. This module allows for on-site visit scheduling while ensuring clear and structured monitoring of actions planned as part of a maintenance plan.

Mission on a redesign project aiming to optimize the monitoring of commercial activities for centralized management. This project covers several essential aspects, including customer tracking, connection and routing project management, and contract and billing management. The main objective is to provide a solution adapted to the specific needs of different types of clients, whether they are shippers, producers, consumers, or distributors.

TEST PREPARATION

- Writing test cases for the current sprint's user stories from the Squash tool

- Creating test campaigns on Squash

- Correcting user stories or acceptance criteria if necessary

TEST EXECUTION AND MONITORING

- Testing / Executing test cases and monitoring already written tickets on Squash

- Business acceptance testing on the integration environment

ANOMALY AND INCONSISTENCY MANAGEMENT

- Reporting anomalies or inconsistencies in business processes

- Reporting inconsistencies in already completed user stories
