Performance Optimization: Improved performance across stakeholders in supply chain, logistics and quality, ensuring compliance and synergy. Process Mapping and System Implementation: Responsible for process mapping and implementation of new systems / robotics to scale and streamline global return processes. Training and Guidelines: Created and implemented a one-stop-shop data hub with new training materials for the global operations team, in line with quality and compliance guidelines. Capability Building: Collaborated on competence development for quality deviations and corrective actions in eQMS quality system, enabling sustainable improvements. Monthly Reporting: Responsible for monthly KPI and metrics analysis.

Achievement: Provided resolution for a 2-year returns backlog, lacking documentation for final quality approval.

Leadership and Management: Led a global supply planning team overseeing a portfolio of external contract manufacturers. Managed team development, aligning individual growth and incentives with corporate goals. Provided leadership support to resolve escalations and ensure seamless operations. Optimization and Implementation: Coordininated inventory optimization projects for continuous improvement. Created monthly KPI reporting to track and drive performance improvements. Financial Oversight: Responsible for accurate and compliant financial budgeting on a monthly/annual basis for APIs and components stored internally and at external suppliers (Toll manufacturing). Training and Development: Designed work instructions and led global training sessions, ensuring accountability and systems proficiency, leveraging business process management systems.
