My name is Aida, and I help CEOs and administrators of startups and SMEs regain financial control of their company through diagnostics, restructuring, and management control, enabling them to make data-driven decisions, improve profitability, and grow with confidence.

I have extensive experience analyzing the economic-financial situation of companies, identifying key areas for improvement, and defining realistic financial strategies tailored to their growth stage and business objectives. My approach is eminently practical: understand what is happening, prioritize high-impact actions, and implement solutions that generate results.

I work cross-functionally with management and teams to structure, control, and optimize the financial function. I help implement tools and processes that provide visibility and control over the business: cash flow and treasury management, monthly closing preparation and analysis, management and margin control, budgeting, financial forecasting, management reporting, as well as accounting and tax supervision.

I also have experience in grant monitoring, preparation and support for financial audits, R&D project management, participation in management committees, and support in growth, reorganization, and financial restructuring processes.
