With over 20 years of experience in UNIX/Oracle environments, I initially worked as a developer (PL/SQL, C, Pro*C, shell) before specializing as an Oracle DBA.

During my 9 years as a DBA, I have developed in-depth expertise in various aspects of Oracle database management:

- Installation, configuration, and monitoring of database environments

- Optimization of performance and SQL queries

- Backups and restores via RMAN

- Database migrations/upgrades

- Troubleshooting

- As well as configuration of Oracle Dataguard and GoldenGate.

I have acquired a thorough knowledge of best practices and advanced techniques to ensure optimal performance, high availability, and efficient data recovery.

My experience as a developer has also allowed me to understand the needs of development teams and collaborate closely with them to optimize application performance and ensure data integrity.

I am passionate about the constant evolution of the IT field and am very interested in the latest trends and emerging technologies, particularly process automation and the Cloud.
