As a Microsoft MVP for Azure and PowerShell, I actively share my knowledge with the community and support the exchange around automation, Microsoft cloud technologies, and modern IT infrastructure. This includes conference sessions, blog posts, technical discussions, workshops, and practical content on PowerShell, Azure Automation, Microsoft Graph API, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID.

The focus is on presenting complex technical topics in an understandable way, sharing experiences from real projects, and helping other IT professionals implement stable and maintainable automation solutions.

I founded Alpsync Digital Solutions to support companies in automating, digitizing, and optimizing their IT processes. The focus is on practical solutions in the Microsoft environment that reduce operational effort, make workflows more stable, and relieve IT teams in their daily work.

As founder, I am responsible for strategic direction, building the service portfolio, customer consulting, and the technical implementation of projects. I guide clients from the initial analysis and conception to the productive introduction and further development of the solution.

A central focus of Alpsync Digital Solutions is the automation of ServiceDesk and administration processes. This includes user creation, offboarding, group management, Exchange tasks, Microsoft 365 services, Intune and Autopilot device lifecycle processes, as well as the integration of cloud and on-premises systems.

Technically, I primarily work with PowerShell, Azure Automation, Microsoft Graph API, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Exchange, Intune, SQL, and au2mator. It is important not only to implement but also to build clean, traceable, and long-term maintainable solutions.

In addition to technical project responsibility, my tasks also include process design, architectural decisions, customer communication, documentation, quality assurance, and the further development of existing automation solutions.
