• Analysis of gross and operating margins to identify optimization opportunities.

• Consolidation of financial statements for multiple entities and preparation of reports for headquarters.

• Development of detailed reports on sales, orders, and backlog for performance monitoring. . Implementation and automation of financial dashboards to improve KPI visibility.

• Strategic partner to sales teams to support pricing and inventory management decisions.

. Design and implementation of new processes to improve overhead cost management in a post-redundancy context.

• Support for HR teams and department heads in cost monitoring. Collaboration with the Danone France Executive Committee to achieve budget objectives. Monthly closing and analysis of overhead costs (structure and sales force costs). Quarterly rolling forecasts. Management of the overall Specialized Nutrition France P&L with other management controllers, the CFO, and financial control. Management of payroll and T&E (Travel & Expenses), with engagement from budget owners. Harmonization of processes between Nutricia and Bledina.

. Perform management control and financial reporting activities in accordance with internal control rules.

• Ensure the compliance of Program Accounting with their progress and Group rules.

• Coordinate the preparation of financial reports (Budget, Actuals, Rolling Forecast, etc.) with the Program Manager.

• Organize program reviews and present their consolidation.

• Ensure the financial consistency of programs with operational teams (Planning, Sourcing, etc.). Analyze performance, propose action plans to improve the EAC program to mitigate identified risks. Support the implementation of new program management methods and tools.
