SAAD Ahmed, Mechanical and Production Manufacturing Engineer, fascinated from a young age by the beauty of mechanics.

I have a perfect command of the design and study of plastic injection molds and sheet metal working molds, as well as the design and dimensioning of industrial systems.

I work primarily with SOLIDWORKS, comfortable with CATIA in particular, Mastercam, Camworks.

Among my most important projects are plastic injection molds for electrical equipment, aluminum die-casting molds, punching molds, design and realization of an automatic tapping machine, industrial hoist, 10 m3 storage silo, and numerous industrial projects as well as their dimensioning.

To successfully complete a project, it is imperative to listen carefully to the client and understand their needs, in other words, one must have listening and professional communication skills, then help the client to generally summarize the needs with the client so that there are no misunderstandings.

Once the first step, which is pre-design, is completed, I inform the client by email to refine the following details, thus the client is protected, satisfied, reassured, and happy.

As soon as an agreement is reached on all issues related to the work, the work in question is started until its completion, respecting the deadlines.
