Project Context: Supervision and management of a testing team. Definition of the test strategy for the Manaos application, which connects Asset Owners and Asset Managers around a responsible investment policy (ESG). The application is a SaaS solution hosted in the AWS cloud, developed in Java/Python for the backend and React for the frontend. My

main responsibilities included:

- Operational management of testing activities and coordination of validation campaigns

- Supervision and coaching of a team of testers (task allocation, workload monitoring)

- Definition and implementation of the project test strategy

- Planning, monitoring, and prioritization of testing activities in line with project objectives

- Contribution to Release Management and securing production deployments

- Management and maintenance of test assets (capitalization, reusability)

- Design and validation of test scenarios (functional, performance, load)

- Supervision of test execution and analysis of results

- Implementation and development of test automation (Katalon)

- Monitoring and management of defects (qualification, prioritization, coordination of fixes)

- Close collaboration with development, product, and DevOps teams

- Participation in setting up CI/CD pipelines integrating automated tests

- Monitoring of quality indicators, project reporting, and communication to stakeholders

- Implementation and improvement of testing processes through continuous improvement

Credit Origination Project for Professionals (team of 30 people and agile project).

Project Context: Coordination and management of the CPRO project testing team. Our mission was to qualify the developments of the CPRO application. This platform, developed in Java/Angular, allows the Société Générale advisor network to manage credit origination for professionals (real estate developers, bakers, etc.). My responsibilities included managing

manual and automated qualification with the Tosca Tricentis test automation tool. Below is a detailed breakdown of the tasks I performed:

- Management of testing activities for a credit origination application used by over 5,000 users (branch network and headquarters)

- Coordination of a QA team in an Agile environment, in close collaboration with development teams

- Definition of the test strategy, progress monitoring, and regular reporting to stakeholders

- Facilitation of defect review meetings with business teams and prioritization of fixes

- Design and structuring of test plans, scenarios, and test cases in Xray (Jira)

- Implementation and optimization of Jira dashboards (Xray) with advanced filters for quality KPI monitoring

- Deployment of dashboards in HP ALM for managing testing activities

- Implementation and development of regression test automation with Tosca

- Contribution to Level 3 production support, analysis, and resolution of critical incidents

- Training and coaching of teams in test design using Xray

- Training users in creating dashboards and monitoring activity in Jira

- Training on the use of the Tosca automation tool

- Writing documentation and user guides to structure QA practices
