As part of the strategic SI modernization program, I managed the implementation and migration to IFS Applications V10 and then IFS Cloud for all SPIE France subsidiaries. My role involved designing the target architecture, ensuring the security and governance of flows, and supporting business units in this transformation, within an Agile SAFe environment involving over 160 people (Dev, Infra, BI, Security, DevOps, Business squads).

Functional and technical scoping: gap analysis, application inventory, deployment prioritization.

Definition of a hybrid Cloud / On-Premise architecture, integrating Finance, HR, Purchasing, and Projects.

Supervision of IFS Cloud environments on Azure: configuration, access security (Azure AD, SSO), performance optimization.

Migration management: cutover strategy, environment management (DEV, TEST, PROD), post-migration validation.

Implementation of integration patterns and quality controls for inter-system flows.

Liaison between business and technical teams: coordination with key users, business analysts, and technical teams.
