To amplify its global approach in the world of Data, Micropole wished to expand its service offering by creating an RPA division to meet the demand of its clients.

My role as Practice Manager was to create an offering in line with the company's values and visions, but also according to the trends of different publishers and their technologies. I therefore built this practice by recruiting and training Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers.

Following the merger between MALAKOFF MEDERIC and HUMANIS, pioneers in social protection, I held the position of Project Manager where I was responsible for a large-scale project: Process Automation enabling the migration of data from old work tools to new tools following this merger.

My role was to provide an expert vision on automation topics. Beyond project management or team supervision and support, I shared a vision and a work methodology that allowed MALAKOFF HUMANIS to improve expected deliverables, to rally its business units to this technology, but also to work effectively after implementing RPA best practices (development, documentation, technical architecture, …).

The ÏDKIDS entity, a group of several brands (Oxybul, Okaïdi, Obaïbi, Jacadi,…), decided to accelerate its digitalization by automating certain accounting and financial tasks.

As the main referent for the adoption of this technology by the ÏDKIDS Group, I played an important role in demystifying and presenting RPA. But above all, in finding processes to automate.
