During my MEEF internship at Fénelon high school in Vaujours, I worked as a trainee English teacher in secondary school classes. My responsibilities included preparing and leading teaching sequences in accordance with national education programs, designing varied materials adapted to students' needs, and assessing their written and oral skills. I also focused on establishing a supportive classroom environment conducive to learning, while differentiating my practices to address the heterogeneity of levels.

As a pedagogical coordinator at Syken College in Algeria, I was responsible for supervising the teaching team, harmonizing teaching practices, and ensuring the quality of instruction. I organized coordination meetings, monitored progress, and supported teachers in implementing curricula and assessments.
