• - Oversee the integrity of the general ledger by recording and reconciling financial transactions, including journal entries (accruals, prepayments, reclasses), and ensuring alignment with subsidiary ledgers and supporting documentation. -Lead the timely execution of month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of trial balances, financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), and variance analysis to explain budget vs. actual discrepancies. -Manage fixed asset accounting (additions, disposals, depreciation) and perform critical reconciliations (bank accounts, intercompany, balance sheet, and payroll) to resolve discrepancies and maintain accuracy. -Ensure adherence to GAAP/IFRS standards, tax regulations, and internal controls (e.g., SOX). Facilitate audits by providing documentation, resolving auditor inquiries, and implementing corrective actions for findings. -Partner with AP, AR, FP&A, and tax teams to resolve transactional issues, align financial data, and support strategic initiatives through ad-hoc analysis and reporting.

• - Verify and process vendor invoices for accuracy, coding, and policy compliance in the ERP system.

• - Schedule and prepare automatic payments to suppliers.

• - Liaise with the treasury team to obtain requisite approvals and maintain cash flow alignment with monthly and quarterly budgetary requirements.

• - Facilitate effective communication with vendors to resolve inquiries, discrepancies, and reconcile accounts proficiently.

• - Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning.

• - Handle, process, and oversee front office operations effectively.

• - Ensure compliance with all necessary documentation required for processing operations following current regulations.

• - Monitor and report on achievements and activities regularly for comprehensive tracking and analysis.
