iMAL Project

Description: iMAL is the digital banking platform that covers all modules in the banking sector.

Project Context: Technical leadership of a professional services team at client sites (banks).

Teams & Methods Team: 4 / Methodology: Scrum

Tasks

▪ Develop and integrate at banks:

- Reports for the following modules: Islamic Treasury, Islamic Investment, Facilities Management, Provisioning System, Teleclearing, Foreign Trade (SQL/JasperSoft)

- Parameter transport tool (SPRING-BOOT/ANGULAR)

- Data migration tool (SPRING-BOOT/ANGULAR)

- SWIFT message processing (SQL)

- Clearing house (SPRING-BOOT/ANGULAR and Rest API)

- Rest APIs

▪ Ensure the performance of deliverables (SQL, PL SQL, JAVA)

▪ Lead a team of four, create estimates for the efforts required to produce an end-to-end solution, and direct the development of the technical solution. Track code quality KPIs

▪ Prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written, designed, coded, tested, and debugged

▪ Develop RESTful web services capable of handling high-volume transactions

Solife Project

Description/Context of the project

Teams & Methods Team: 6 / Methodology: SCRUM

Tasks

▪ Technically lead a team of six engineers (technical monitoring, code review, assignment of technical tasks, etc.)

▪ Participate in the development of the "Cost Declaration" module (Persistent, screens, searchers, invoice creation assistant, version control, SQL script, screen validation classes...)

▪ Improve the software installer "SOLIFE" (izPack, LDAP, SSH, ANT, Maven Plugin)

▪ Manage the ORACLE database, Jenkins tool, JBOSS application server

▪ Monitor code quality and performance KPIs

▪ Take charge of maintenance for update tasks and SQL scripts

▪ Develop the parameter migration and transport tool (Spring, Maven, jms, xml, JAXB, Vaadin)

▪ Improve the performance of SQL queries and Java code (Profiling)

▪ Study the migration from Java 6 to Java 8

▪ Refactor modules in Spring and Java 8

▪ Migrate from SVN to GIT
