As Art Director and Partner, I was at the heart of the company's digital transformation. My main contribution was the implementation of innovative production processes in the Graphic and Web departments, as well as the adoption of the Agile working method across the company.

My responsibility was to navigate between design and management. I thus took charge of the complete product lifecycle, from initial client contact to post-delivery analysis, with a focus on a user-centered approach to ensure client satisfaction.

As a creative, I demonstrated a strong ability to dissect and understand client briefs, design persuasive concepts, and establish visual and artistic criteria. I ensured the quality, consistency, and relevance of the content produced in the graphic domain, while providing constructive feedback to continuously improve the team's performance.

On the management side, my responsibilities included estimating the workload for each project, assigning tasks suited to the individual skills of each team member, and supervising the development of junior talent. Additionally, I played an active role in recruiting new talent and performance evaluations.

This experience has strengthened my leadership skills, my understanding of UX design, and my ability to effectively manage digital products at every stage of their development.
