Ensures compliance through regular payroll audits, strict control of legal and conventional parameters, and continuous legal watch on French social legislation.

Leads a payroll and HR compliance department in complex regulatory and conventional contexts, ensuring reliable payroll and HR administration for each client. Acts as a strategic HR partner to the HR teams of the firm's various clients. Serves as the payroll technical reference for internal (legal, accounting) and external partners (URSSAF, Pension Funds, Provident Institutions). Manages tool optimization: key contributor to the evolution and configuration of the payroll tool (CEGID) and Time and Activity Management modules. Implements active regulatory monitoring across the entire Payroll & HR Admin scope, enabling each client to anticipate legal changes.

Ensures reliable and timely payroll production by collecting and calculating variable remuneration elements, deducting absences (sick leave, holidays), and monitoring reimbursements.

Guarantees 100% declarative compliance by preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual social declarations strictly within legal deadlines. Manages relationships with control bodies and provides daily support to employees on any payroll-related questions, enhancing trust and responsiveness. Trains and supervises junior payroll staff, overseeing their work and developing the team's technical skills.
