At Lunar TC, my primary role was to ensure the high performance and reliability of backend services. I led the entire design and implementation of REST APIs for managing complex dynamic workflows, with a focus on the efficiency of asynchronous processing. My Master's expertise in Optimization was directly applied to advanced MongoDB Tuning. This included developing complex aggregations and strategic indexing to reduce latency on critical queries, thereby ensuring a smooth user experience. I also developed rich reporting modules (KPIs, filters, charts) and integrated a full-text search engine. I actively managed refactoring and data correction in production, ensuring schema consistency and updates. Collaboration with product and DevOps teams (Git, CI/CD, testing) was essential for continuous value delivery.

This experience of over five years as a manager of a Shell station was a practical application laboratory for my skills in optimization and decision support, acquired during my research Master's degree. I was responsible for all operations and personnel management. Managing an operational entity involves constant process optimization (inventory management, logistics flow, service time reduction) to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability. My role as a Quality Expert (certified) allowed me to implement and maintain rigorous hygiene and safety standards, demonstrating operational rigor and attention to detail that are directly transferable to the quality of backend code. This complete business perspective allows me today, as a developer, to better understand the business stakes and priorities behind each technical specification.

Following my Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Applied to Management and my Master's degree in Optimization, I began my IT career at ADHEPACK. This six-month experience allowed me to transition from academia to the professional world by directly applying my theoretical knowledge. My role consisted of developing and maintaining essential software solutions for the internal operations of the adhesive and label printing industry. Here, I acquired the fundamentals of professional development and the integration of IT systems into the company's value chain. This short but intensive mission was the first step in understanding the links between IT system performance and operational efficiency, a concept I later deepened through my quality management experience.
