Account Manager – IP Route (SMS & VoIP Trading)

At IP Route, a French company specializing in SMS and VoIP solutions trading, I held the position of Account Manager, a key role combining client portfolio management and strategic business development.

Main responsibilities:

Management of existing accounts: daily operational follow-up, performance analysis, margin optimization, and maintaining long-term trust with partners.

Development of new opportunities: international prospecting, identification of new markets, and negotiation of commercial agreements with operators and resellers.

Management of technical and financial exchanges: coordination between technical teams, SMS route monitoring, SLA management, quality control, and payment validation.

Revenue optimization: implementation of strategies to maximize traffic volumes and ensure optimal profitability for each account.

This role allowed me to work in a highly competitive and international environment where responsiveness and precision are essential. I developed strong expertise in B2B relationship management, complex contract negotiation, and understanding technical issues related to telecommunications (A2P SMS, VoIP, interconnections).
