Project: BIM models for existing constructions and installations - FRAMATOME - Romans s/Isère

Responsible for the existing building BIM model project from the point cloud data from 3D scans (Faro) to create a precise and exhaustive model of the building structure and technical networks (fluids, electricity, ventilation, etc.). The model serves as the basis for reconfiguring production lines, by integrating new modules and equipment provided in SolidWorks format. Active participation in coordination meetings based on a Navisworks model compilation transmitted to the Framatome Lyon project engineering department, to validate the integration of new equipment and its networks into the existing environment. Training: Junior Revit designer on Navisworks and Recap Pro.

Implementation of the BIM transition for Revit MEP (HVAC, Plumbing).

Initiation to Revit MEP for various SMEs wanting to respond to public tenders, among others, based on the BIM model.

Execution on BIM projects, plans and calculation notes for HVAC lots. Plumbing in the EXE phase, participation in synthesis meetings, clash detection coordination.

Project: Construction of a 9000m² Bio Pharma Plant over 3 levels (Yverdon-les-Bains) Switzerland

Responsibility for the ventilation part of the AHU Technical Room on the 3rd level before the roof.

Sizing of the AHU ventilation ductwork (single-block 1 to 2 levels, 20 units) from the P&ID according to Swiss regulations (Mopec).

Coordination of synthesis for office and laboratory levels, finalizing the technical room part.
