Lead and monitor key data management initiatives within the AXA Partners Central Data Office (Data Management) team.

• Collaborate with data office team members to achieve its mission, as well as with other stakeholders.

• Responsible for delivery, development, implementation, and full knowledge transfer of EDM (Enterprise Data Management).

• Monitor and manage the project from end to end until its production launch in coordination with the various application IT project managers.

• Formalize business needs through technical and functional specifications, proposing digitalization of processes.

• Manage the project within the allocated budget and schedule, implementing risk management.

• Prepare and lead project monitoring and steering committees, as well as project management with strong functional and technical analysis.

• Understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. (Finance and Energy sectors).

• Creation of CI/CD data processing pipelines, Reporting, and Dashboarding.

• Challenge and validate the proposed solution, model KPIs, and analyze solution progress to improve functional specifications.

• Analyze data using extraction scripts on various platforms (SQL, BI analytics…).

• Data governance by creating a single version, managing data assets, and a transparent audit trail.

• Use validated, enriched, and reconciled data from multiple sources, reducing operational risk.

• EDM implementation as an installed or managed service solution (Power BI, Azure: Data Factory, Data bricks, Data Lake…).

• Group and present data in the right format at the right time (Load, Transformation, Validation, Matching, Mastering, Export) and perform administration and development of Pipelines/Datasets/Transformations in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load).

• Responsible for the delivery, fixes, and support of internal banking systems related to Asset and Liability Management.

• Participate in project maintenance and improvement with the project team.

• Extract and align data to meet specific analysis requirements and ensure the bank's treasury.

• Analyze tickets (MDM, Jira) created and perform in-depth analysis for recurring issues, proposing solution improvements.

• Provide a weekly report on the progress of incidents handled.

• Assistance to international users of the system (France, Italy, Belgium…).

Project: AGAPES (France) Client: BNP Paribas CIB

• Reporting and collateral monitoring to ensure daily cash flows.

• Integration of data from our financial providers into the AGAPES database to maintain new calculations. Assist in the bank's loan eligibility process through the conditional tree and verify the correct calculation behavior.

• Integration & Implementation of the FTP ratio module and calculation engine based on online interfaces.

• Internal and public communication with international bank counterparties.

• Support AGAPES users and manage daily incidents and requests.

• Participation in committees to present the RUN process on a monthly basis.
