Tech & Architecture: Design and full development of the stack (multi-tenant workflow engine, real-time event-driven architecture, and LLM/SaaS integration).

Product & UI/UX: Roadmap management (focus on must-haves), maximum reduction of UX friction (keyboard shortcuts, auto-completion), and performance optimization (parsing large volumes of data).

Ops & Strategy: Cost arbitration (LLM token optimization), technical arbitration, and total product ownership.

- Development and delivery of complex frontend features for Semji's content optimization platform, adhering to quality and velocity requirements of the roadmap, using React and TypeScript.

- Responsible for the improvement and refactoring of reporting features: rich summary page with charts, detailed pages per metric/source combination (including chart and data table), management of 5 chart types (with over 50 possible variations) and a filtering system, while tackling performance challenges.

- Participation in decisions and implementation of frontend architecture: filtering system, processing large volumes of data, data retrieval strategies, choice of tools and libraries.

- Major contribution to the implementation and maintenance of the design system components.

- Management of the deployment of over 5 major versions.

- Use of event tracking (product analytics) to identify friction points and deploy targeted UX improvements.

- Diagnosis and correction of various bugs — ranging from persistent issues to emergency fixes — within a codebase existing for over 5 years.

- Improvement of the developer experience through proactive documentation, introduction of new AI-based workflows, and completion of the migration to TypeScript.

- Daily collaboration in an agile environment with various profiles within a 15-person product team (split into 2 squads) operating on a bi-weekly release cycle.
