Responsible for two projects (Interfaces and Billing):

Business needs analysis and translation into actionable specifications for technical teams. Acceptance strategy and testing campaign. Creation and tracking of anomalies with dashboard creation on JIRA. Team management, leading regular meetings with stakeholders, preparing support materials.

Implementation of new VBA code (Tools: Excel and VBA):

The code had become obsolete with the various evolutions of the IS. The new code I implemented allowed for the automatic calculation of billing amounts to dealers.

Data cleaning, transformation, and analysis (Tools: Power Query, Excel)

These analyses aimed to translate financial billing discrepancies from the IS database.

Dashboard creation (Tools: Excel, Power BI):

To train users on new IS functionalities, the creation of dashboards allowed for better anticipation of needs by region, as well as by learning category.

Training animation for users (~12 learners per session)

Development of a CV conversion tool (Tools: Python and NiceGUI). Automation of consultant data management (Tools: Excel, Power Query) Data cleaning and structuring (Tool: Power Query) Documentation writing.

Analysis of end-user needs and in-depth benchmark (Tools: Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, VBA). Creation of dashboards and essential indicators for daily activity management, while creating reports for management (Tools: Tableau and Power BI). Development of tools for process optimization (Tools: VBA and Power Query). Training on Power Query for the English and French-speaking teams.
