Project Context:

Within the Digital & Data Department, integrated into the Data Lab department, responsible for BI and Data projects for the client's brands and support functions.

As Lead QA Data within the Data Quality Pole, I was responsible for the preparation, execution, and monitoring of technical-functional acceptance testing in an Azure environment, while leading and coordinating the QA team and contributing to the continuous improvement of data quality.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the test strategy (test cases, non-conforming tests, TNR)

• Plan, prepare, and carry out acceptance testing, including writing the acceptance test report

• Execute, monitor, and analyze data pipelines to ensure the reliability of flows

• Contribute to the enrichment of the data repository (Data Galaxy)

• Anticipate prerequisites for testing: documentation, business rules, access, and datasets

• Contribute to and ensure the implementation of interface contracts between different teams

• Analyze and evaluate User Stories / use cases

• Write test plans and specify the necessary datasets

• Execute tests and track anomalies with stakeholders

• Organize and lead progress meetings

• Coordinate tests with development and project teams

• Participate in agile workshops and rituals

• Create and execute SQL queries to verify data completeness and consistency

• Organize and conduct 2-to-2 tests in Pre-Production with the source team

• Participate in test automation

Project Context:

Responsible for the client and prospect MDM data repository. The mission involves feeding the repository with external data to consolidate and improve data quality, and making this data available for reading and writing via web services implementing business rules to ensure data consistency.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Define test strategies with development teams

• Acceptance testing of CloudRef Team developments before delivery

• Participate in needs analysis with the business team

• Prepare datasets.

• Verify data quality

• Mass data quality improvement processes

• Execute tests, analyze results, and identify anomalies compared to expected results with the goal of facilitating correction work

• Write test specifications

• Write bug reports in JIRA and interact with developers, tracking corrections

• Ensure the proper execution of repository feeding processes and the proper functioning of web services for accessing its data

• Implement a new acceptance testing strategy for the new CloudRef UI

• Participate in agile ceremonies

Project Context:

Data migration to SAP S/4HANA using the SAP ADM platform (Advanced Data Migration), sold by SAP but published by Syniti under the name DSP Migrate. This application allows retrieving data from the source and formatting it for SAP loading.

Role and Responsibilities:

• SAP Migration: Master data, SD, MM, FI

• Perform necessary developments in the SAP ADM application (Reports, Mapping, Rules, views)

• Data recovery via LSMW (data loading and test run)

• IDOC Processor (downloading data for each Idoc number for analysis, writing a manual for its use)

• Track and manage the correction of anomalies and change requests with the SAP team

• Take charge of mapping file evolutions with the business team

• Coordination with different teams (Business, SAP, OPS, ABAP)

• Simulation of the cutover and analysis of error reports

• Track and manage corrections of anomalies and change requests for the migration process

• Prepare datasets for continuity tests; these data will be joins of several SAP tables

• Integration testing of handled subjects and non-regression testing in the ATLAS UI

• Prepare the production environment before the cutover

• Monitor migration operations
