I began my career at Baker McKenzie as a paralegal, achieving a semi-senior position through commitment and dedication. I maintained close relationships with clients from various sectors. Additionally, I took on leadership responsibilities, coordinating a team of paralegals and junior lawyers, fostering a collaborative work environment focused on the growth and development of each team member.

• I coordinated a team of 8 people for a major multinational retail company, facilitating the execution of their expansion projects, the management of their litigation portfolio, and their administrative and regulatory law matters. Through the coordination of this team, I was able to establish a close relationship with the client, gaining their trust in our services and leading them to request our advice for the management of their commercial contracts.

• I took on an autonomous role in preparing regulatory and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) due diligence reports for companies in the pharmaceutical, energy, and mining sectors, among others.

• I advised national and multinational companies on public procurement matters, regulatory compliance, permits and authorizations to operate, business expansion, and ESG issues, such as greenwashing, consumer protection, and relations with indigenous communities.

• I drafted lawsuits, legal opinions, and memos in Spanish and English on topics such as environmental pollution, nuclear civil liability, lithium mining, transparency in the medicinal cannabis industry, and legal risk analysis for marketing practices with potential greenwashing.

• I drafted judicial and administrative filings, including appeals before regulatory authorities, supporting the comprehensive management of ongoing cases.

• I drafted commercial contracts and various legal documents.

• I managed the company's litigation portfolio.
