Agnetha Knapen

As an HR freelancer, I have over 10 years of experience in payroll and HR with one of Belgium's largest employers, the 'Federal Police'. As a partner in ‘De Kernzaak', I focus on coaching and training, aiming to develop your authentic self at home and at work. Our target group includes individuals, companies, organizations, businesses, and associations that want to focus on well-being, communication, and team dynamics as key themes. By working on these, we aim to achieve (work) happiness, increase connection, and boost productivity and creativity. De Kernzaak works with you on the core of your business.

I am available for HR tasks such as developing training programs (talent and competency management), updating and creating job profiles, conducting selection interviews, managing personnel files (and other administrative tasks), managing employees, developing well-being programs, coaching other managers, providing coaching advice, guiding other teams and their leaders (team development and dynamics), stress management and burnout prevention, stress reduction, working on communication, payroll, mentorship, etc.

These themes are also part of the lessons, workshops, and training sessions I give as a lecturer for various institutions as well as my own company.
