I work as an e-commerce expert in an exclusive fashion department store, specializing in SEO, SEA, and Content. My responsibilities include the strategic and operational management of the online shop. I work closely with internal teams from Marketing, Purchasing, and IT to increase cross-channel performance. I also develop effective SEA campaigns in the area of paid advertising to increase reach and revenue. With my feel for trends in fashion retail and data-based decisions, I actively contribute to digital brand positioning and corporate success.

Responsible for successful market expansion in Poland through strategic sales and marketing measures, dealer acquisition, contract negotiations, and market and competitor analyses. Development of local communication channels (social media, website), PR work, and trade fair organization. Definition and implementation of sales strategies including revenue planning and forecast creation. Parallel management of an international key account in Germany with a focus on E-Commerce & Retail: assortment planning, promotion coordination, annual negotiations, revenue and margin responsibility, as well as optimization of product presentation in retail.
