I design and deploy internal AI agents and knowledge bases connected to Notion and Google Workspace (Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets). Goal: reduce time spent on administrative tasks, ensure procedure reliability, and free up time for client relations and human interaction.

I help teams save time on administrative tasks through AI agents and automations, allowing them to refocus on client relations and human interaction. Based on appointments and exchanges, I implement structured follow-up: generated summaries, pre-filled CRM fields, new actions and reminders, next appointment proposed in the calendar, and follow-up email prepared. Goal: an up-to-date CRM without spending hours on it. I handle everything from audit to implementation: knowledge base structuring, template creation (processes, FAQ, onboarding), automation configuration, and user training, with human validation to ensure quality.
