Definition of the product vision and roadmap for a chatbot integrating generative AI. Management of discovery with the AI Factory. Design of unstructured data ingestion pipelines. Implementation of KPIs, A/B testing, LLM model scoring. Collaboration with business units, the technical team, and making chatbots available to users (support and training).

Responsible for the roadmap of digital communication channels. Facilitation of discovery workshops, user testing, inter-team coordination. Strategic contribution to customer journey personalization.

As a member of the marketing team:

• Strategic thinking, research, and content creation for the social media of Croisières AML, Voyages AML, and Grands Feux Loto Québec, content calendar updates, copywriting, and management of individual and corporate email campaigns (Campaign Monitor)

• Product owner for the new transactional website of Croisières AML, content integration and optimization

• Creation and optimization of Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns for Croisières AML, Voyages AML, and Grands Feux Loto Québec

• Evaluation of partnership opportunities and management of advertising campaigns with external partners.
