Republike.io is a new generation social network that wants to give users back control over their data by letting them configure the algorithms.

My mission was first to conduct user research to define the target and the main problem to be solved. I then built an interactive prototype that I submitted to a panel of users by conducting interviews. Finally, I delivered 3 iterations of the prototype so that it could be developed and launched on the market.

For the COMEX of RATP and in collaboration with the innovation consulting firm STIM, I carried out a disruptive innovation mission to think about the metro of tomorrow (2030) and define solutions to win international calls for tenders in order to establish RATP's position as world leader in automatic metros.

In a confidential context, mandated to explore avenues of innovation:

- Initiation to the C-K method developed by the Ecole des Mines de Paris as a tool to help conceptualize disruptive solutions
- Audit of the operational organization in order to identify friction points
- Conceptualization of innovative / disruptive solutions, on the organization and the tools
- Field tests
- Validation of solutions with management
- Presentation of solutions to COMEX

Ironhack is a 10-week UX/UI Design (User Experience + User Interface) training bootcamp.
I was a trainer on this bootcamp (Teacher Assistant then Lead Teacher) on the Paris, Lisbon and Amsterdam campuses to support students in their learning of the Design project methodology adapted to digital products (website, mobile application, etc.) of the appropriate software and tools.
Software: Sketch, Marvel, Invision, Flinto etc.
Tools: User research, interviews, personae, user journeys, how might we, ideation, wireframes, low-fi, mid-fi & hi-fi prototype, user tests.
