- Poultry Category Leader (+A$250M Spend): Lead the highest Category Spend for the region ensuring 100% on time delivery and availability of fresh products delivered direct to 750 stores 6 days/week while promoting continuous quality improvement

- Marketing Calendar and Innovation: Lead the SCM process and sourcing of new and core technical ingredients for marketing

campaigns (National Launch, Advertised Test, consumer research) and ensured on time delivery for promotions every 4 weeks.

Drive innovation through supplier relationship management and accelerate speed to market for new product launch

- Team leader: Manage and coach a team looking after VMI project (vendor managed inventory), demand planning and forecasting

for promotions and categories such as proteins, bakery, uniforms, smallwares

- Supplier Relationship Management: Build KPI to manage supplier performance and ensure delivery as per contract agreement

KFC Middle East, North Africa, Pakistan, Turkey (+1,000 stores, 14 countries, +$1 Billion sales)

- Lead the full Category strategy and contingency plans for the region for key categories: Chicken, Oil, Sauce, Seasoning, Bakery, Seafood, Side items and Desserts. This involves Tender Evaluation, Supplier Negotiation, Contract Management, new supplier development and end-to-end supply chain

- Lead cost saving initiatives in collaboration with Quality Assurance and Operations, including the development of new suppliers to meet Brand Standard quality: $1.5M savings achieved in 2016 and $3M in 2017

- In charge of the sourcing for new items for Limited Time Offer campaigns (promotion every 8 weeks) in coloration with Marketing and the New Product Development team and ensure on-time delivery to all markets - Targeting to ensure food safety, quality and brand standard, while controlling and optimizing F&P cost

- Develop full Supply Chain solutions for new market entry and on-boarding of new franchisee

- Purchasing: margin negotiations with suppliers in the UK, EU, Africa, Middle East and Asia, sourcing of raw materials for production and bespoke packaging materials. Portfolio size : £1.5 million per year. Example of products purchased: Food (Milk, fruits, toppings, ingredients), bespoke packaging materials, machines, marketing materials, transport, storage services - Supply Chain Management: production planning levels, stock management, inbound/outbound logistics for all UK based shops and factory. Implementation of a just-in-time supply chain to reduce wastage and improve cashflow - Key account management for national/international clients. - Project Manager for NPD team: launching two new product ranges including market research, product development, soft launch followed by national launch.
