Agathe Halin

Following a 5-year experience as a freelance producer and event project manager in Paris, I am looking for assignments in these two fields.

After completing my MBA in Event Strategy and Business Marketing at EFAP, following a bachelor's degree in cultural mediation and communication from the Catholic Institute of Toulouse, I began my professional career in the digital event influence department at Heineken.

My main responsibilities included organizing events for new product activations, concerts, and networking evenings.

Following Covid 19, I wanted to move into a sector that seemed more stable at the time: production.

I then joined the JN production team for a 6-month formative internship, after which I created my freelance status to become a self-employed production assistant.

I am now a producer, responsible for organizing photo and video shoots for advertising campaigns with various production companies and a communication agency.

My main responsibilities range from taking briefs, organizing the project, then post-production, and finally invoicing. I am in direct contact with clients and my teams to ensure the smooth running of the shoot.

In parallel, I continue to manage B2B events as a project manager for the agency Eclaireuse, which allows me to maintain a certain versatility that is important to me.
