Corporate law: formation of civil and commercial companies in France and abroad (mainly in Asia), drafting of customized shareholder agreements or joint venture agreements, support during the company's life (share capital operations, share transfers, legal secretarial services, etc.). Commercial contracts: support in choosing the contract adapted to the operation, contractual negotiation, drafting of the contract and representation in case of contractual disputes. Intellectual property: filing of trademarks and logos (national and/or international extension filing), opposition, revocation and nullity procedures for trademarks; filing of designs & models.

-Corporate law: company formation, shareholder agreements, disputes between shareholders, business transfers; -Contract law: drafting of general terms and conditions/terms of use, privacy policy and commercial contracts; -Commercial law: negotiation and drafting of commercial leases, transfer of commercial leases, transfer of business assets, commercial litigation; -Client appointments -Pleadings

Within the legal department of CBRE France, providing support to a team of 6 lawyers in the following areas:

- contract law: analysis, modification and drafting of various contracts

- debt collection in pre-litigation and litigation phases (French and European payment order request); -corporate law: carrying out formalities for the group's various entities; drafting of summons for judicial liquidation and proof of debt filings within the framework of collective proceedings; -insurance law: organizing the tender for brokers/insurers for one of the group's entities (dedicated contact person for brokers, drafting of the specifications and comparative table of offers, conducting progress meetings);

- compliance: carrying out conflict of interest audits for employees and franchisee audits, participating in IT contract audits, participating in anti-money laundering policy.
