QA Lead in charge of managing multiple Projects for Clients in the Financial, Health, Museums, Administration, Automation and E-Commerce sectors. My main Duties for the Projects were to perform Activity and Time Estimates, Test Plan Creation and Performing, Team Members Activities Coordination, Exploratory Testing, Creation of User Flows, Test Matrix Creation, Test Cases Creation, Endpoints Testing, Execution of Functional Testing, Creation of Progress and Defect Reports, Attention to Meetings with Local Team and the Client and Creation of KT and Testware. As my internal Activities, I Conducted Interviews with new Prospects (Trainees, Jr, and Sr), Estimates for Project Proposals, KT and Training for new Team Members and I Created the QA Process Documentation for the department (Roadmap, Flowcharts and Templates). Also, I started Practicing and Performing Automation Testing for an Internal Project where I Created Scripts for the main Scenarios and E2E´s in order to run those Scripts automatically right after every Deploy as a Sanity check. Use of tools as JIRA, Excel, Word, Postman, Draw.io and Visual Studio Code.

In charge of the QA area in two implementation projects. Test Plans creation for each sprint. Creation and updating test documents. Analysis and review of technical requirements and technical specifications. Continuous communication with software developers located in Poland and business analysts located in the US, Ukraine and Canada. Creation and execution of test cases. Identification, creation and management of defects. Functional Tests (Front End and Back End), Non-functional Tests, Regression Tests, Tests and Database Management. API management. Collaboration with the Implementation team (Execution of minor impact Implementation tickets). Use of tools such as JIRA, CONFLUENCE, Excel, Word, Smartsheet, Light shoot, Postman, Builder, Business Rules Configurator, Administrator and Flex GUI.

Test Plans development. Creation and execution of test matrix. Identification, creation and management of Defects or productive Issues. Attention to multiple projects: local (Uniteller Mexico) and international (India). Monitoring the tickets status at the time they are created until they are deployed on production. Direct interaction with local team members (Development, QA Team, Analysis and Project Management) and international team members in India, USA and Poland (Development Team, QA, Analysts, Customers and service providers). Use of agile methodology in processes. Execution of functional tests (Front End and Back End), non functional, regression, smoke tests, API testing (Soap and Rest), testing and database management. Use and analysis of Logs (Linux Commands) and configuration files to identify the root of the errors or verify the Back Ends. Participation in meetings of Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Pre-Planning, Backlog refinement. Management of different test environments. Management of queries in SQL. Use of tools such as JIRA, Excel, Word, Oracle SQL Developer, Snagit, FilleZilla, Putty, Soap UI, Postman.
