I am Adrien, an expert in CRM and Marketing Automation. I have about fifteen years of experience in emailing, deliverability, and digital marketing, and I was the CRM manager of a scale-up for nearly 5 years.
In CRM
I navigate between CRM ERP solutions or customer-centric ones with ease, and I am deliberately not affiliated with any specific vendor, in order to offer you only solutions tailored to your needs.
I have solid knowledge and experience with generalist CRMs like Hubspot, Sellsy, Pipedrive, and other Salesforce-likes, as well as more multichannel-oriented solutions like Sendinblue, Sendgrid, Actito, or even more robust tools like Adobe Campaign, NP6, MsDynamics, etc.
I am very comfortable with MQL/SQL strategies and strategic CRM proposals.
I also regularly use analytics and A/B testing tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Kameleoon, etc.
With Data
My profession requires me to be competent in data management. In my experience as CRM Manager, I was also responsible for data and its activability, as well as DPO. Therefore, I practice SQL daily with various tools, including Postgresql, Mysql, MsSql, etc. I enjoy analyzing data and its flows to enable maximum exploitation, while respecting legislation and user privacy.
In Development
My "geek" side led me to become interested in development. I have been practicing PHP for about fifteen years, and I am also a mentor in a level 6 (Bac + 4) diploma training program. Firmly backend-oriented, I also enjoy practicing Typescript. I consider this skill a valuable tool in my professional practice, allowing me to autonomously implement the CRM strategies and architectures I propose.
I develop using Symfony, Slim4, and plugins within the Wordpress CMS.
