They lack a technical partner capable of making the right decisions and transforming a product vision into reliable software.

That's the role I fill.

For over 7 years, I've been supporting startups, SMEs, and product teams in the design, development, and evolution of high-stakes SaaS platforms. I intervene to launch an MVP, take over an existing codebase, structure an architecture, integrate AI, or support a technical team in its maturity growth.

I've worked on products for companies like Cisco, PayFit, Dashdoc, Jellysmack, and Agrisight, as well as for numerous startups where I act as a technical referent and partner to the founders.

I generally intervene in three situations:

• An MVP needs to be launched quickly

• A SaaS becomes difficult to scale

• A startup is looking for a technical referent capable of supporting its growth without immediately hiring a full-time CTO.

I intervene in particular on:

• Building MVPs and SaaS platforms (Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js)

• Taking over and modernizing existing projects

• Software architecture and reducing technical debt

• AI integration (OpenAI, Claude, Vapi, RAG, Voice AI)

• Business process automation (n8n, APIs, webhooks, internal tools)

• Technical coaching, architecture reviews, and team support

My approach is primarily product-oriented.

I strive to understand business objectives before writing a line of code to propose simple, maintainable solutions that can evolve with the company.
