CTO, web application architect and 100% autonomous fullstack web developer since 2010. Generalist engineer training (Polytechnique school) allows me to be very structured, versatile, and efficient in my work.

I build tech teams from scratch: recruitment, definition and implementation of methodologies, workflows, tools. I know how to manage tech teams on a daily basis, including: project monitoring, continuous improvement, employee motivation.

On the development side, I specialize in Ruby (Ruby on Rails in particular) and Javascript / Typescript (especially Vue.js - Nuxt.js). More recently, I developed a large 3D modeling project in Python with numpy, polars, and QT. I am also competent in other areas and technologies (SQL, Redis, NLP, AI...) and I regularly and quickly learn new areas (recently for example: Svelte, Firebase, or Python and QT).

I am very productive and very attentive to the trade-off between code quality and development speed.

I also pay close attention to server and client application performance (page loading speed and responsiveness).

I founded or was associated with 6 startups or web SMEs, where I was the CTO each time and the sole developer three times.

I am used to complex projects. I have led R&D projects (NLP, AI...) benefiting from the CIR.

I practice agile methodologies (particularly Scrum and Kanban) and good Extreme Programming (XP) practices, especially continuous integration (CI) and Test Driven Development (TDD).

I am particularly interested in the following roles:

- performance diagnosis and improvement (scalability / cost reduction)
