I am working as a Data PM and PO at Decathlon.

I manage Discovery and Delivery projects within the Core Data Products in the Offer & Product team. My product concerns the selection and recommendation of offers. My main responsibilities:

- Migration and support of sources from legacy to the correct datalake layers on S3 and documentation on Collibra

- Creation of a roadmap, personas, elevator pitches, implementation of user interviews to gather feedback on certain tools to prioritize and cost the roadmap

- Creation of Use Cases for data consumers based on their needs

- Management of Data Engineers to make legacy data available on the datalake and creation of relevant dashboards for the business

- RUN management for internal business applications within the group

During my assignment, I supported the Covage group on various projects within the IT department: Integration as a project manager with the mission to successfully complete all FTTH (Fiber To The Home) projects in correlation with Interop (follow-up meetings with operators). Agile method project monitoring and management of various topics across the entire chain of managed projects. Main point of contact for all teams working on the project, from expressing the need through scoping to deployment.

- Project Management: Gathering business needs, scoping the timeline to follow deliverables

- Prioritization and management of RUN and project tasks, workload estimation, reporting via Azure DevOps

- Supervision of Agile developers, business and IT teams during the various project phases

- Writing business needs statements, functional specifications, acceptance tests

- Writing US / Sprint Management / Backlog and priority management

- Monitoring of the acceptance phase, UATs, and post-production VSR

- Incident management, improvement of internal tool accessibility in collaboration with developers for performance and quality issues

- Strategic decision-making within the Interop project framework

During this assignment, I worked within Axione's engineering department as an FTTH project manager. The objective of this assignment was to deploy fiber in local authorities. During my assignment, I worked with the teams responsible for deploying fiber and monitored subcontractors and technicians in the field. I also learned to use ArcGIS, a fiber modeling software in various municipalities. During these two years, I was also able to highlight my project management skills:

- interface point with construction teams, subcontractors, and clients

- adherence to deliverables and deadlines

- training new entrants on the project

- schedule management

- process assistance and implementation of new tools

I was thus able to manage projects end-to-end, from the analysis of the client's needs to the deployment of fiber, with all the associated constraints related to the field, which required being proactive and reacting quickly to various problems encountered. Managing all stakeholders, whether functional, technical, or operational, was a major asset for the quality of the work and the deliverables to be met.
