DressKare was initially created as a marketplace between individuals, connecting people who didn't have time to sell their clothes with sellers who handled the process in exchange for a commission. After a strategic pivot, DressKare became a technology platform for professional second-hand sellers, offering AI tools and automations to accelerate and simplify their daily operations.

The position was primarily hands-on, which led me to assume the following responsibilities:

- Development of AI-based features, including image analysis and classification, automatic generation of titles, prices, and listings, image enhancement, and suggesting responses to customer messages.
- Full-stack development of the DressKare application (Django, Vue.js, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Development of a browser extension to automate key workflows directly within users' browsing environment.
- Definition of the technical roadmap and support of the CEO in fundraising and external communication.

After the success of the first software, Socotec decided to accelerate its digital transformation. Following a significant investment, Socotec.io experienced rapid growth, expanding from 3 to 15 people in just 6 months, and then from 15 to 40 employees over the following three years. The appointment of an Engineering Manager midway allowed me to refocus on strategic technical issues while continuing to lead the Platform team and support the Delivery teams in their technical needs.
