I have been a web analytics consultant for 8 years and have developed strong expertise in most aspects of the profession:

- Web and app tracking: needs assessment, tracking plan, testing

- Configuration of Tag Management System (Google Tag Manager or Commanders Act), for web analytics tools and media tags.

- Consent management (Didomi, Trust Commanders), configuration of web analytics tools exempt from consent (Matomo, Piwik Pro)

- Analyses in web analytics tools, and multi-source via Big Query, dashboarding

I have also worked on key topics for 2025:

- consent mode for Google tags

- deployment of server-side tracking in Commanders Act and Addingwell

I have also carried out numerous missions in Conversion Rate Optimization, intervening in all aspects of on-site optimization:

- ideation through competitive benchmarking, web analytics tools and customer feedback, integration of PO roadmaps, business idea scoping

- prioritization of A/B tests, backlog management

- development of A/B tests in the A/B Testing tool (proficiency in Kameleoon, AB Tasty and Optimizely)

- analysis of results, presentation in digital steering committees, monitoring of winning variations going into production

I mainly work on client-side A/B tests on the web, but I have also occasionally carried out A/B tests in webview and server-side web.

I spent 5 years at Converteo before going freelance in March 2023. I worked with clients such as Louis Vuitton, Carrefour, La Française des Jeux, Fortuneo, Groupe Barrière, La Poste, and B&B Hotels.

Since going independent, I have mainly worked on a full-time remote basis (Groupe Barrière, B&B Hotels, FDJ), while undertaking 2 to 3 one-off projects per year (Thalie Santé, La Porte Académie, 3D Dental Store).
