The context:

Finance teams facing a growing volume of tasks without additional resources to handle them. The risk in such situations is always the same: your employees absorb the workload at the expense of analysis, then quality, then peace of mind.

What I led:

I started by precisely identifying the critical tasks that were consuming the most time, generating the most errors, and truly hindering financial production.

Based on this business understanding, I developed AI agents directly integrated into existing processes, managing the change process with the teams. The challenge was not technical. It was human: getting employees already under pressure to adopt new tools without adding complexity to their daily work.

Average gain observed: 1 day recovered per month per employee. Time restored to analysis, not to burdensome production.

The context:

A rapidly growing banking Fintech. Financial data fragmented across multiple systems, an ongoing ERP migration to NetSuite, and a cross-functional organization involving Finance, IT, Ops, and Compliance.

It was in this context of maximum demand that I held a transversal finance project manager role: from business scoping to go-live, ensuring coordination between all stakeholders.

What I concretely managed:

NetSuite ERP Integration — From Silo to Unified Platform

I handled the entire scope of finance needs: chart of accounts, analytical dimensions, revenue recognition. I wrote the functional specifications, coordinated the configuration with the integrator, designed the automated data feeds, managed functional acceptance testing, and provided training to the accounting teams.

4 systems consolidated into a single platform, deployed without production interruption.

Automation of Accounting Consolidation

In direct collaboration with the CFO, I scoped the target process and then designed and deployed automation solutions integrated with the new ERP. The objective was to eliminate manual adjustments that slowed down each closing.

3 days saved per monthly closing cycle.

Compliance & Fraud Detection Dashboard

I specified the control rules with Compliance, centralized the sources (including NetSuite feeds) into a Power BI dashboard with real-time alerts.

1 week saved on the control cycle. Immediate detection of suspected fraud.

Automated Regulatory Sampling

I developed and coded an automated generator, connected to NetSuite, compliant with audit requirements and validated by Compliance. What previously required two days of manual processing is now done in a few minutes, with complete traceability at each step.

From 2 days to a few minutes. Zero approximation, 100% auditable.

My Role:

Finance expert integrated into the strategic projects department. Identification of high-impact digitalization levers, functional scoping, solution design and deployment, user training.

1°AI Analysis of Supplier Invoices:

Deployment of an automatic cost extraction and categorization solution (Microsoft Power Automate / OCR) for international supplier invoices.

→ Structured cost base used as a negotiation lever.

→ €20K/month saved on identified unused servers.

→ €12K/month gained through reallocation of consultants by seniority.

2°Budget Tracking Overhaul:

End-to-end redesign of the budget consolidation and reporting process. New data structure, automation of consolidation, dashboard adapted to Top Management's needs.

→ Simplified communication with Top Management.

3°Modernization of Subsidiary Reporting (Power BI):

Redesign of tables, data mapping, direct connections to sources. Elimination of manual data re-entry steps. Standardization of dashboards that can be customized by stakeholder.

→ 1.5 million lines analyzed per month.
