Financial data fragmented across multiple systems, an ongoing ERP migration to NetSuite, and a cross-functional organization involving Finance, IT, Ops, and Compliance.It was in this context of maximum demand that I held a transversal finance project manager role: from business scoping to go-live, ensuring coordination between all stakeholders.What I concretely managed:NetSuite ERP Integration — From Silo to Unified PlatformI handled the entire scope of finance needs: chart of accounts, analytical dimensions, revenue recognition. I wrote the functional specifications, coordinated the configuration with the integrator, designed the automated data feeds, managed functional acceptance testing, and provided training to the accounting teams.4 systems consolidated into a single platform, deployed without production interruption.Automation of Accounting ConsolidationIn direct collaboration with the CFO, I scoped the target process and then designed and deployed automation solutions integrated with the new ERP. The objective was to eliminate manual adjustments that slowed down each closing.3 days saved per monthly closing cycle.Compliance & Fraud Detection DashboardI specified the control rules with Compliance, centralized the sources (including NetSuite feeds) into a Power BI dashboard with real-time alerts.1 week saved on the control cycle.
