Context: as part of a replacement for maternity leave for the industrial performance manager, I took charge of managing 3 industrial projects

Missions:

- Coordination of the reception, installation, and performance ramp-up of a palletizing robot in the shipping area.

- Digitization of traceability recording for a raw material flow and ensuring compliance tests.

- Reduction of non-conformities in cardboard by redefining its characteristics with the supplier by updating factory specifications and animating tests in the process.

Previously, I managed similar projects for the integration of new equipment in production and performance improvement in the agri-food sector.

My goal is to build a close relationship with manufacturers in Normandy.
