I spent my early years on the client side, as a CSM and then an account manager. Every day the same friction: manual processes, files circulating by email, recurring bugs, teams losing hours on tasks that no one had ever taken the time to automate, or even missing features.

I started tinkering with solutions for my own clients. Then industrialized them. Today, I design and maintain the entire OPS automation infrastructure at Gyfti: n8n workflows, Supabase database, supplier API integrations, custom front-end internal tools using vibing code.

I always start with the business problem, not the stack. My reflex is to look for the simplest and most robust solution to make it scalable. I've spent enough time optimizing infrastructure costs and fixing complex systems to know that a tool no one maintains is useless. I deliver documented solutions that your teams can take over.

I work in addition to my current role, on short-term or fixed-price projects, in the evenings and on weekends.
