I've had the pleasure of having Adrien on my teams for over 3 years. He leads our entity's entire digital and acquisition strategy, as well as its operational deployment. Adrien has initiated numerous large-scale projects. He notably led, with great professionalism, the complete redesign of our website (+1.5 million unique visitors per year), taking charge of all UX and UI dimensions, while integrating innovation levers such as the deployment of a GEN AI chatbot. This project was managed iteratively, with continuous optimizations based on usage, data, and user feedback.
